Welcome to the new definition of Fine-Dining. Welcome to the “ Château Mon Désir ”.

Colonial Style atmosphere, overlooking the historical Ruins of Balaclava, the River Citron and the dreamful Turtle Bay, surrounded by our Equestrian Centre. Our restaurant offers the cuisine of today in the surroundings of yesterday.

International Fine Dining in a historical and beautiful tropical estate, classical elements and modern influence of French cuisine with the touch of a Mauritian spirit.

The restaurant boasts 20 years experience in tradition and sense for the best. More than a restaurant, it is a tribute to the Mauritian history which took place in Balaclava, homage to the beautiful nature and the power of elements.
